6. Compile the school development plan, higher education deepening plan B and management examination.
7. Property management, maintenance and custody.
8. Compile the annual budget and prepare and upload various funds.
9. Compile the execution tracking matters of board of directors meetings, school affairs meetings, administrative meetings and other school meetings.
